Goals

"HonorCarolina" will build on and renew Carolina's tradition of Honor by:

  • Promoting the idea that integrity is central to the academic mission of a university

  • Educating the community about issues of ethics in all walks of life

  • Creating awareness of diverse responses to issues of ethics and integrity

  • Celebrating activities on campus that support a discussion of personal responsibility for ethical action

  • Rolling out and educating the community about the new Honor Code
